Our products are made with the utmost care and freshest ingredients in order to deliver our unique flavors and concepts to our customer's. Party in a Bag is not just a snack; it's a lifestyle.

Week 9 EOC: SWOT Analysis

Strengths One of our strongest traits is the amount of attention we pay to the development of our product. We are always on a innovative level when creating new products and listening to our customers feedback into consideration. We strive to release new flavors that you wouldn't normally see in your bag of chips. Our products are made from 100% organic ingredients and no preservatives. We realize that there are already many big names in this industry and we strive to reach the level of the top competitors. Weaknesses Our main weakness and obstacle is the fact mochi is not a very big product especially in the American snack industry. Another big weakness is the production time of our product. It's lengthy because of the preparation it takes to create an organic mochi chip to meets our high standards. The cost of our ingredients are of high cost and always fluctuates. Strict standards must be implemented and enforced within all parts of the company. Opportunity Supporting organic wholesale companies who have the mission to distribute healthy ingredients for healthier human lives. Collaboration with local establishments to raise customer awareness and acknowledgement of both parties. Reaching to international markets. Our product will be widening the mochi market within America.

Week 9 EOC: Objectives

Our main goal is to the top seller in the bar snack industry by changing the way people experience snacks. In order to achieve this goal we will build an awareness of our company and products. We will set a target on the local community of Las Vegas for the very reason that there are many bars within the city and many travelers who are looking for a good establishment to enjoy a drink and food. This will be a major point in order to gain customer awareness internationally. Throughout the growth and future of our company we will never rest when it comes to the innovation of new and one-of-a-kind products and marketing practices.

Week 6 EOC: ME x 3

My trumpet might just be the single most important thing to me. through my trumpet i developed my voice and reignited my once dormant love for all the things music. being born into a family that revolves around music it came as a natural reflex to get on the bandwagon. gifted to me by my grandmother in the 5th grade to be used as an escape to vent my frustrations.
Completely none music or audio related but with these young men "The Warriors" i found purpose in chasing after just what is that is important. Dreams i found it extremely challenging to look them in their eyes and tell them to reach for the stars and more if i myself had been too afraid to go after just what i dreamt. They then challenged me to "strap up and show those wounds" a saying/mindset i was religious in teaching them your wounds are your life lessons you learn from them game plan and push forward.

Week 5 EOC: Social Networks and Job Hunting

How do you create revenue and growth without spending big dollars? easy by employing Brand Ambassadors its practically free promotion."People love talking about things that make them happy—including their favorite products and brands." Companies now reach out to those customers that are devote fans/customers of the product and send them merchindise to endorse via word of mouth or social media platforms. but first those interested in finding ambassadors for their brand take a look into the reach of the potential ambassadors social network influence if sufficient then product is sent with information and daily post requirements. now on the same site where endless hours are spent just scrolling away employers have created ways to post jobs. Facebook has now peeked its head in on job posting boards claiming it to be more effective. "Candidates have been 50% more likely to apply to positions they found through Facebook than through other means, said Mr. Staney. "[Job boards] just blast it out. This is much more efficient and targeted." Is this a good thing is a question that comes to mind. with more access to your personal life through these mediums will it become harder to be hired on due to prejudgement based on personal views or possible elimination because of photos once posted.

WK4: APP Concept

what is more annoying than buying chapstick and after a few uses its gone? For me there is nothing more bothersome than this. Calculate the money wasted on your portable lip insurance you never got to finish, and the countless times you have had to suffer through the day with chapped lips. Terrible times i know thats why i have come up with the find my chap app, name is still in the works but how the app is set to work is by tracking time and location used so the next time your chapstick grows legs you can track it back to the last place used.

Customer Service

Good customer service is hard to come by it seems nowadays, well at least for me it is. I usually don't ask for very much outside of whatever service or good that I’m purchasing. that way I try to make it as simple as possible for those at that moment working for me I figured if I set the standards low then there would be no room for disappointment. All of that has changed at this point after my time spent in Tokyo Japan. I was blown away at how insanely customary it was for the employees anywhere to go above and beyond to provide extraordinary service and then you received what it is you came for. simple things eye contact, a greeting the feel of them actually wanting to be there or the illusion there of is the thing for me that keeps me coming back.
